“Well, were should I start. Back in September 2013, I was hit from behind by a drunk driver, and two months later began to have really bad back problems. The other parties insurance began to give me the run around after they found out I was going to physical therapy. They wanted to pay even though I was still going to physical therapy. “My son was terminated from his job and when he applied for unemployment his employer lied telling the State that he resigned. He asked for an appeal hearing, which was scheduled to be conducted over the phone. We spoke to the attorneys at Paoli and Purdy to find out what our rights were if my son's former employer chose to lie again during the phone appeal hearing. They reviewed his case and sent a stern letter to the employer with all the documentation that they helped my son prepare to support his case.
